Great looking RV and we know there are bugs to work out in the first few months. But the slide has broken down twice! It's a 2021 and cost $135K. Minor issues with door adjustments but the slide is a big deal. Has to be towed in if it won't close. Ours is a 24TT. Anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the forum.

The slide controller should be flashing an error code. Have you copied it down yet? There is an emergency procedure for getting a slide to co-operare.
Google it, and follow the instructions.

On one side, it broke the wood trim on the interior and when it was repaired last time found it it had sheared the gear. They replaced the entire drive motor etc. and after about the 12th use it did it exactly again. Just wondering if it isn’t an issue with the 2021 Thor Tiburon. Large slide may be too heavy. We always level it before it goes in and out. The first time it broke we had only owned it eight days it was in the shop for three or four weeks. We’ve now had it for three weeks and it’s broken again. Very disheartening

Ouch!

That sounds as if there's a serious mis-alignment problem going on.

Even before it jumped the tracks.

Thor 24 tT motorcoach slide issue
Thor who I figured was watching the forum threads contacted me and said they have a great customer service and gave me their phone number. I called first thing this morning had to leave a message they said I would be in line for a call back and never received anything!

I would call and stay on the phone until you talk to someone. I have called Thor Customer Support and was pleased with the help.
