What is your cab floor like in your Ford Transit Gemini/Compass?

So our 2020 Gemini on the Transit chassis has what I might call an industrial rubber floor. It's black, has a little bit of a design on it, and on the Driver's side lacks the two pegs to hold a floor mat or carpet in place.

I have thought about mats for the rig, but I wonder what other people have or what they have done?

We have the same floors on our 2021 Thor Gemini. I kind of like them because we live in the snow. I did see this video and thought these floor mats looked pretty good.

This looks like a very possible idea! It's designed for the carpet of the "regular" version of the Transit, but I don't think that would be an issue.

I've noticed that some of the folks with the Winnebago "Fuse" class C, another small C on the Transit chassis have used the "Husky" mats/liners. These are two separate pieces, not the larger linked piece shown in the YT clip.

Thanks for pointing this out!

I'm considering them too!

Naively, I was thinking I'd like carpet (I come from California and have never had to cope with quite the amount of weather I now experience in Missouri!). I may need to give up on that idea.

The Husky/Weathertech/whatever is in the YT clip style (Heavy-duty rubber, with channels and dams) looks like it would make sense considering the amount of rain and for part of the year, the snow we encounter.

But: I still have this idea of carpet and that one could pull them out now and then and pressure wash them and have them look good in the cab.

Any other suggestions?

If you want carpet you should get it. In addition to looking nice it is quite effective in reducing noise. My cabin is carpeted and I simply bought some extra large universal floor mats at autozone. When my carpets get dirty I’ll clean them with a handheld carpet cleaner or even spray foam carpet cleaner and a brush/vacuum. Once every year or two is not a burden and keeps everything looking nice.
