When you open the sliding door there is a fill cap and at the bottom of the cabinet there is a drain. What is this? I have both city fill and fresh water fill on the side. Thanks Jim

What floor plan? I have a 20L and a fill cap is under the bed and low point drain under it. That is my on board water tank. But it does fill from other side of van.

I have a 23 Tellaro 20k. The fill cap is a gravity fill for the fresh water tank. It can be used in lieu of the outside water tank fill. The valve below, on mine, is behind a 4x6 popout access panel and is the fresh water tank drain. Mine is a pvc valve that drains directly through the floor. You may also have a stop valve on the line leading from the outside water fill to the tank. It would be located near the tank and probably behind or below the drawers under the sink. It is used to isolate the tank if needed.

BTW schematics are available on the Thor website under owner resources. If you sign up with your specific model they should have lots of info including a plumbing schematic showing the layout for your model.
