2022 Tellaro 20J Sofa Bed

Hi there. Recently purchased our 2022 Tellaro 20J and learned the rear sofa bed does not fold down to make into bed without the two rear doors being open. After some inspecting we noticed the sofa frame was not mounted straight. There is a gap of 1-1 1/2 inches could be seeing on one side of the coach causing the top of the sofa to push up against the rear doors when closed. Have a service appointment scheduled to fix the issue (we hope) Anyone else have this issue?

Not that particular one, but you could hear about a million other different ones on this site.

There are videos floating around on the internet of a full build of an RV. You would be floored at the lack of care in their jobs so many of the workers have.

Our Tellaro 20L had several screws stripped and falling out.

All you can do is what you are doing and take it back to be fixed.
