2023 Thor Tellero Class B 20K side window vents -STUCK

Thor 2023 Tellero Class B - 20K side windows are a pain. They keep sticking and now of the two won't open at all. Any suggestions would be great. Haven't work great since I got it, but was always able to open each. These are "PUSH" together tabs, that are not pushing together?

It's 'towed', not toad.

A plain old bar of soap rubbed on the tracks and across that felt seal(if you have a felt seal).
I'm sure camay or one of the high oil content bars work better than Irish spring but anything but Lava will do.

You'll be surprised how well it works.

Bonus:
I have a bar of soap handy for screws into wood but I prefer a toilet ring wax seal for anything I won't be painting or staining.
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=toilet+wa...f=nb_sb_noss_2

The rings are
Cheap(sometimes under $1 at box stores)
always come in a form fitting cup
Stores easily
Sit steadily where you put them
Can be preloaded by standing 100 screws up in the wax.
Lasts tens of years before needing another.

Those windows are the worst design ever- I try to never use. You're right, the tabs you squeeze together can be difficult for sure. You could try some silicone spray lube under the tabs to help.

I changed the slider door to have a T-window,
https://vanwindowsdirect.com/crl-fw3...-2014-2023/?q=

Also added an awning window to the LR cargo door. The 20K has rear bath, so you could do the same thing I did.
https://vanwindowsdirect.com/vwd-awn...rnaws001l-/?q=

Both have built in screens!

So I don't have to use those crappy windows as much. I tried to replace the driver's side forward window with a dual awning type, but wouldn't line up with the interior trim.

VWD also has awning windows for the slider too.

Safelite can install any of these for you.

I also added a Rec-Pro rain gutter over the slider door and entire pass. side to help rain water from coming into the coach via slider opening.

Thank you for the suggestion on replacing with T-Windows. I will look it up. Didn't know safelite could install it. Any idea on possible cost for each window and instillation. Also, I can't open it at all to try to put a soap bar inside. These windows are so difficult, you would think at the factory, they would have change it. Thanks again

No way to add soap- use silicone spray under tabs and just try working the them.

T-window was about $200 by a window specialist, then they declined any more work from me- very odd, so I called Safelite and they were very accomodating.

I paid Safelite $200 to install my rear cargo window at home- great job. No problems.

I removed the door liner (rubber wall) on the sliding door, but probably didn't need to. You might have to remove one of the wood pieces Thor added to the opening- one screw in the middle- or just take them all out- not even sure why they are there- just under the trim.
Typical pathetic QC by TMC.

Window costs are on websites I sent- add shipping to your location as well.

I have a lot of pdfs for my Tellaro as well, incl. winterizing and BMPro storage tips- PM me for those and others if you like, and include your email there (not here) so i can send those. I have over 80 mods now...

PS- try holding window more 'closed' to see if tabs come free...?

I have the same style windows in a Thor Sanctuary 19PT. Might be worthwhile to take windows out and clean tracks. There is a square piece between the two tabs that squeeze together and you can put a flat head screw driver in one side and pop it out pretty easy. Then squeeze tabs all the way together and work the window out. Also disconnect screen. I hate the screen part of our windows and have removed. I have Rolef shades now for screens. Windows work better not attached to screen. I made a video removing the windows here: Leaking Van Windows. How to Operate, Inspect, Remove the Sliding Fresco Window in a RV Van
