BM Pro Screen is black

Can someone tell us how to get this thing to work? Our apps are working, just not the screen on the wall. We touch it everywhere and get nothing. Tellaro 2021

If resetting, power all that stuff doesn't work.

Open it up, it's common for the battery to fail.

The battery will look 'expanded or expanded' if it's failed.

It can be replaced if you are still within warranty as I understand.

Or just order one of these, same battery, pretty easy to replace.

We had a similar problem, after our motorhome had sat in winter storage with the master power switch turned off. It started working again after a day or so of being powered. My understanding is that the battery can lose its charge while in storage.
