First try cycling the coach battery master switch, off-on. Most of the time that will reset it. If that fails, might need new internal battery.
The outer case on the wall of the Sequence has two release tabs on the bottom edge to remove the tablet- push in and remove outer case, and tablet- unplug and decide what to do next- see below. There are two variants of the BMPRO in the Sequence/Tellaros as well. What year is yours?
The BMPro does have a replaceable battery, and the Tellaro/Sequence wannabe FB group has a post on how to replace.
There's also a video of a guy replacing, using a crude metal tool- NOPE. The battery is glued in place, so plastic tools best to use, or send in for replacement, or find a service center/ dealer who knows how to do.
Li-ion batteries can be a problem if you accidentally puncture the casing of the battery!
If you need more- contact BMPRO: https://teambmpro.com/contact-bmpro-...t-motor-coach/
Good luck!

Mine went bad also, replacement from Thor fixed it. Since they didn’t want the old one, I did a battery replacement after watching a YouTube video. Now the old one works perfect. Have a backup now. BTW good idea to download the app RV Master. With it, you don’t even need the pad.

Good to hear battery transplant was a success!
What battery did you use?
I ordered this one- from info from another Forum:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
About a month out- overseas shipping no doubt.
Meanwhile I will use my iPhone app to control- just a little slower.
I'll try to post a 'how-to' when done.
Removing from the wall was the hardest part- send a small flat screwdriver up into 2 slots on bottom edge, near corners, and latches let go- unplug harness and remove.
(case latch slots are underneath bottom edge, near corners- hard to see w/o light or mirror if close to a surface)
I have the case off and split apart already- I just pretended it was a clam and pried open along the long side, opposite the controls, with my short fingernails, and worked along the edges to fully separate!
Battery is glued in, so I will try twisting off, and/or use a plastic putty knife to cut the adhesive if needed.
40W soldering pencil and rosin core solder at the ready... more news when battery comes.

Try gently heating the glue - small, heat-gun or a hair dryer. Just watch that Li ion battery. If it shorts or gets very hot it can cause a runaway fire.
To reapply, try nano gel tape. Search for that on Amazon. It is adhesive without being sticky.
Let us know how it goes.

I knew I got some of that for a reason! I was going to use carpet tape, but the nano is better- two small strips otta do it.
As for Li-ion fires, takes a puncture to the case to start the reaction.
Dead battery short won't usually do it. See article here:
https://www.ifixit.com/News/69041/ho...-to-prevent-it
Some kid took Dad's Tesla X out on frozen Lake Champlain, after running over a tree stump- punctured the battery, and car became a piece of charcoal. Imagine telling dad that story... I know the spot too.
Btw- the Relion batteries and my new Weize's are LiFePO4, (aka LFP) and not susceptible to fires like Li-ion or Li-Po (polymer)

This is the battery I used. Specifications the same. It’s dimensionally smaller but works.
I cut and soldered the wires, then used shrink tube to seal them.

I cancelled my previous order and found this one- same specs, slightly smaller as well. Coming in 1 day- soldering in soon!

BMPro Battery transplant success!
I have a more detailed post on the other thread about the BMPro, near the end w/ pics and text on 'how to', and source for the battery. Same specs as the old one, just smaller.
https://www.thorforums.com/forums/f4...ied-29378.html
In short (no pun intended) I re-ordered the battery from Amazon, got in 1 day, and yesterday soldered it in- decided to not splice with he old wires-
And it works great- in fact the new battery is smaller so less 'tuck' with the wires- but looking at the pic, should have made a loop so the wires could come into the PC board more direct and straight on- o well- it ain't moving, so no biggie. (The curse of a bike assembler, with cable routing details)
I suggest removal of the tablet during long storage periods and charge indoors. Best kept at 50% for long periods, like 3+ months, and recharge before re-installing.
Cycle the battery every 3 months for longer life- 50%-100%-50%.

Agreed, something like this and avoiding excessive heat will be increasing the life span a lot.
I have added a switch to disconnect the tablet when the camper is not in use but the main switch stays on.

Also agreed batteries hate heat- more than cold. Interesting idea about cutoff switch for tablet- did you go from panel?

3 years BMPRO. Never removed battery..mostly in heat of 75 to 115 inside. 180 watt solar used mostly while sitting.

Not worried about the heat...
Today I completed winterizing my 24.1 - put antifreeze in the waterlines after blowing them out etc. House and chassis batteries disconnected, ready for regular doses of power from battery maintainers.
I wrote the BMPro manufactures, asking them if I should pull them out, expecting the temp would reach -40º and they replied with instructions on how to pull the unit from my rig. I'll figure out how to plug it in and charge it over the winter.
incidentally, anyone that removed the tab, did you notice there is a camera? I work for a company that deploys about 50 Android devices to our field scientists and I completely dig that the BMPro folks built their system around Android. The app is just as effective on my phone as it is on the one stuck on the wall.

I cut the wires which go into the back of the frame that holds the tablet. Four wires switched with a 4 pole switch, which I placed inside the overhead cabinet that has the bmpro on the outside.
When I come back from a trip, the tablet is charged to 100%. I turn the switch off, then turn the tablet on via the small hole in the frame. Let it run for some hours until the charge drops to 60% or thereabouts, then turn it off until the next outing. The battery I soldered in holds its charge well when the tablet is off.

Just remove the tablet from its frame and plug it into a micro USB charger.

Are you saying you run the same screen on your phone that shows on the bmpro? Or are you referring to the RVmaster app from the play store?

Yes camera and speaker!
Interesting setup- I plan to remove mine too.
We can get -30F here in VT as well. I think mine died b/c I did not plug my van in last winter, and it got too low, so I will treat it just like the LFP house batteries- store at 50-60% indoors and cycle once in 3 months. 60-100-60%.
I have a 2000W inverter/converter in my basement to maintain my house batteries, and can now remove them more easily after moving them off the bottom of the rig. Pic is sideways btw...

I am using the RV Master app on the Play Store but the icon and the screens match right up. If I am connected via USB and on the Weingard Wifi, it reacts as fast as the panel on the wall. I'm going to figure out how to power and mount an old Android phone in the head so I can turn the water pump on from there when I need to.
