Sanctuary electrical issues

Bought 2023 Thor Sanctuary with Ford AWD chassis. Several design issues caused LP onff switch to fail. Spotlight never worked. Now camping world is confused because issues with electrical wiring related to the “reliable energy” system.
Is anyone else experiencing n issues with similar model?

Hi
The spotlight didn’t work from get go. Other issues motivatwd me to go to service. They can’t figure out issue and Thor sends them the wrong schematics. They also did something so the 2nd alternator isn’t charging the reliable lithium battery

Was it charging before they worked on it , sounds like it was , just checking . Make sure its wired up with all connections . There was another Thread of someone finding their second Alternators Regulator came unplugged , might want to find the correct t Schematic by signing up at the Thor owners web sight.

Thanks for reply. Yes it was charging from the 2nd alternator prior to having it serviced.
