Low Point drain Dazzle 2 AB

Hello… we are on the way with a rented B-Class (Dazzle 2 AB) and we can‘t find the low point drain to close it. Does someone knows where it is?

Did you call the rental company?

Sure, but they didn‘t help. They gave us Information about the 2022 model. We also have no manual for that RV. 😢

If it’s not closed just turn on the water and see where it comes out. The valve will be just above the outlet. Maybe under a seat or in a cabinet or even behind a hidden panel.

What I have to find is not the low point drain??? I have to find the valve? I thought I have to lock the water pipe at the low point drain (sorry it‘s a total different system as at an RV in Europe). And the valve must be very close to that point but inside the RV?

Just to clarify, is it the case that you’re not holding water - it’s draining out and you need to stop that? If so you do need to find the valve or petcock for the low point drains, assuming thing else is leaking or open.

My Tellaro has faucet type petcocks outside, under the coach and you look right at them when you see water draining from under the coach - can’t miss them. My Quantum, however had an inline valve, inside the compartment under the dinette, with a ring attached that you pulled up to open the drain. I probably spent 30 minutes looking at it not realizing that’s what it was - very easy to miss.

Thank you! We found the valve. It was under a screwed flap.

But now there is water running from the water heater. Looks like an overflow…

Because the rental company isn‘t helpful, we give up. We have only 8 days more. We accept that we lost a little water.

Not a good experience with that company… They sent us on the way without any manual for the RV. And they gave only a little information.
