The Volta system, at 12,100 Watt-hours of useable energy and with 6,900 Watt dedicated second alternator, no doubt adds to higher cost compared to similar vans with Xantrex 600 Amp-hour (12V) battery and 280 Amp alternator.

The new (smaller) Volta 3,200-Watt inverter is an interesting revision.

I do like the Volta system. Tiffin has been outfitting their high-end Class A units with it for a couple of years. (Or was it a dealer-mod?)
I like the way they utilized the space. It sure seems to be pretty efficient about packing all of that "stuff" in there.
(9 pounds of sausage in a five-pound casing?)
Everthing sounded pretty sold: was that your opinion as well?
