1. the skybunk sunroof will come off of secondary latch and will become loose and lift. this occurs typically with or without cross winds at speeds ~65mph and above. if the sunshade or sunscreen is pulled it will get wrinkled and wadded up, additionally at time of sunroof unlatching there is a large noise (like cabin pressurization) this is a hazardous condition that causes driver distraction that includes incidences where we would have to pull over safely and fix..... i have sent videos to Thor. They don't have solutions yet and we continue to have issues to a point were we don't drive with sunshade or sunscreen and bungee cord the pull handle as a just in case. my fix, since it is a poor design would be to make a roof aero deflector or put a lip seal on the sunroof to seal ram air from entry.. 2. the external gray water hose box lid has shaken open twice and has had to be replaced once. since it broke, and needs to be replaced with a better solution since it has shaken open and broke off again..
Does anyone have any experiences with these two items? thanks for your help.

We had a 2020AT, and never used the skybunk, so I can't help there. I found ours too hard to open and close, and the vent would not stay closed.
As for the grey tank situation, so many have had theirs fall apart, fall off, or other malady- really poor design. We got ours used, and grey hose and door 'pre-removed' by previous owner, along with generator wires ripped out. I like a challenge I guess...
You can replace the latch with a mailbox lock, or do what we did, and remove the hose and door, and adapt end fitting to a barb fitting, and carry a washing machine feed/supply hose (1-1/4" flex hose) in a bag somewhhere else, like rear compartment. Just wiggle it on when needed. You can also remove the box too and do the barb fitting as well.
I had to re-work the tank fill as it was pinched shut from mfr- had to open up the rubber wall inside to allow water to come in more rapidly.
I'd also suggest bypassing the water filter and use an external one.
We sold our 20AT to a dealer and got a 20L instead- much happier for the 2 of us.
Good luck!!
