Lithium Batteries Not Charging While Driving - Help?

Hi new to the group 2023 tellaro 20l, Iím trying to find answers to our lithium batteries issue. We are driving and the lithium batteries are not being charged. Does someone have the diagram of the electrical lithium?

I’m not 100% sure but you need to have that “master switch” as you enter the cabin in the ON position. Just got one ourself and idled the motor but it wasn’t charging the batteries other than a little from the solar panel. I turned the switch to ON and saw the + charge shoot way up. We have the little 200Ah setup on a 2022 Sequence. I know on the bigger batteries there’s a couple yellow switches you have to turn on for them to work.

Hope it helps… I’ll have to look later for a diagram but not sure we have one.
