Rize 18a Power Problems

I purchased the 2023 Thor Rize 18A back in march so everything is under warranty, but service turnover is horrible here in san diego.

My issue is that my 2x100ah agm house batteries are no longer being charged by my generator. The generator no longer automatically enables the 110v inverter so i cannot run my AC or microwave. The microwave and AC dont turn on after the generator has been on for a few seconds like usual.

The battery gains some charge when running the chassis engine/alternator, right now sitting at 11.7 with the generator not increasing charge. I have my fridge on 24/7 so it is constantly draining the house batteries.

I think the batteries were allowed to drain too far and the batteries are now damaged, that or there is some kind of fuze disconnecting the generator. The chasis alternator does seem to add charge to the house batteries, however.

Is there some form of safety disconnect i might have triggered by allowing my batteries to get too low? Is this something i could troubleshoot on my own?

I have checked the breaker box and all of the fuzes next to it, all seem to be fine.

Does shorepower work? If so the ATS, automatic transfer switch may not be working right. The ATS switches from generator to shorepower automatically depending on which is active.

Also by chance has the generator’s circuit breaker tripped? There is one on the Onan itself.

It was the breaker on the Onan!
It must have been tripped after trying to start but the battery was too low.

Thank you for your help
