Welcome aboard!
Do you have a panel in the coach where stuff like the slideout, the awning, or the generator is controlled?

It should be right there. (At least it is in my Outlaw!)
Happy Hunting!

I think I have the on off switch for the water pump located but what I need is the location of the actual pump itself and how do I access the actual pump itself but I believe it is probably a check valve stuck on the discharge side of the pop can anybody help

My mistake...
Try crawling under your rig, and take a look at the freshwater tank.
It has GOT to be hooked to it somewhere...

Let me ask something stupid...
Are you talking about low pressure and volume while using water from your own tank, or from an inlet hose that's hooked to "City Water"?

I think if you look on the road side of the bed you will see the wires. I haven't tried to find it but look maybe behind the drawer. I think its back there. I have the Gemini and they are identical MHs

open the storage door at the rear of the motor home the one above the license plate & look to the left u will see a panel with a hole for your finger pull on the panel & the pump is in that spot.

Not sure when on yours the pump is located, on ours, which is the 24TX, there is a compartment door on the drivers side right behind the compartment that contains all the connections for the black and grey tanks, in which the fresh water tank is located. As you face the tank, right at the lower right corner of the tank, the pump is mounted, easy access. Hopefully the 23TR is not that different than the 24TX.

My 2017 Compass 23TR developed low water pump pressure a few weeks ago. Turned out to be Polyethylene shavings in the pump inlet screen. Cleaned them out and back in business. Another quality control issue from the factory.

Had the same issue twice. Maybe even a 3rd time just haven't rechecked yet. When they drilled holes in the tanks the shavings fell inside. They eventually end up at the pump filter. Oddly even after cleaning I've always had better pressure with the pump.

I also removed every tube fitting i could reach and cleaned a few more shavings out. I really hope there aren't any problems with the actual pump. It's not accessible at all.

Wish I had a better understanding of the difference in routes between pump and shore water. Maybe there are other places where the filings collect. Did see a lot of 90's under a dining seat near the tankless. Wonder is some filings have collected in those.

Here's a screen shot of the freshwater system engineering dwawing. I called Thor and with a little persistents got them to send drawings pertaining to my 23TR. I have them in PDF form but am unable to upload from my phone.

See all the elbows at the tankless hw. Mine doesn't look anywhere near that neat. I'd say I have 2-3 more elbows per line than the diagram. It is intetesting to see how it should have been done. Thanks....

We frequently discourage people from posting the diagrams in the forums (they do say "Thor Confidential" right on them).

Thor is very forthcoming with those diagrams; if you don't have them for your coach give Thor a call and ask. It is possible that the diagrams for each of your coaches are very different.

I have a gemini, which is similar. My water pump is located in the rear storage compartment, inside a compartment with a finger hole on the left. This is also where your fresh water drain is located. Greg in Iowa
