Tranquillity awning not retracting
Hi folks
Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the Thor helpline .
Long story short:
Ready to leave our beautiful site on the beaches of Southern California and the awning will not retract !
Searched the forums and read horror stories about folks damaging their Thule awning by over extending etc etc.
Tried a lot of “manual pushes “ to no avail … just would not work ….
Called helpline ..
1. Check fuse if still ok ?
2 check house battery is it above 13.2 ?
Battery dropped voltage during the night ( we were not shorelined) and so they told me to idle the engine till I saw 13.2 on the reader …. And hooray !!! Good to go
