Valve identification Sequence 20L

Question - a main water tank shutoff valve (under the passenger bed by the winterizer fill port) was mentioned. What purpose does this serve? Or maybe I should ask when should I have it open and when should I have it closed?[/QUOTE]

I don’t have your model (or even your brand) but I think the valve you mention selects whether the pump is drawing from the fresh water tank or the antifreeze jug pickup. If so, then obviously it needs to be in whichever position is appropriate for what you want to be doing.

When I open all the valves and close the one that is red on one side and blue on the other zero water comes out. This happens both hooked up to water and on the water pumpm.

Do you have the blue inlet line to Truma and the red exit line open? If you have city water attached to the external inlet connection then that bypasses the pump, Cold water should flow from faucets. There are a number of other connections in the water system that might be causing an issue with the pump running from water in the fresh water tank. I am attaching photos of entire water system for your reference. I am assuming my 2021 Sequence 20L is plumbed just like yours so this might help. Good luck!

I apologize if I missed it in these posts....but the Thor owner's portal has extensive schematics for the exact coaches. Helped me understand, and I'm not a schematics guy.

I had a hot water issue and they were helpful. My dealer left the hot water off and bypass on. Had to figure it out.
