Anyone know how to remove and or replace outside TV ???

Well I see your not getting any help

There are three basic ways they mount them

Screws into a backing plate
Locking brackets
Drop in slits

If you don't see any screws top and bottom try grabbing the TV and lifting and jiggling firmly

Look behind the TV with a mirror as well before giving up

Last resort just grab it and rip it off and repair the wall
