Define "nor getting any hot water". No water out of the hot side or water flows but it is noty hot.
What has changed since it last worked?
Or is this a "New to You" RV and it's the first time you've tried it?
Have you tried it when using the tank and pump?
No hot water on one faucet or all locations?
Did you check the water heater bypass valve to verify it is shut?

So many unknowns to be able to provide a good answer.

Sorry. I was not clear at all.
Water is coming out of the hot side. But itís the same temp as the cold side.

I had winterized the unit and dewinterized.

When I use the tank and the pump, it works.
I only get cold water on all faucets. I mean cold water come out of the hot side.

By answering your questions, I think it is the bypass..
Can you tell me where the bypass valve is??

Can't be the bypass if it works with the tanks and pump. Seems you aren't getting enough flow with the city water source.

My thoughts too, Ace. Are you using a pressure regulator on the shore/city water faucet? Reducing pressure too low?

I am still a bit confused by your post #3. Does “it works” mean you get hot water using the tank and pump. Do you have a Girard HW heater? It requires 0.8 gpm to trigger its burner. Others like the Truma may work similarly.

So it may be low or restricted flow on shore/city water as noted above.
