Control panel restarts unknown why?

We are hooked to 50 amp with a surge protector. While hooked to shore power or when running the generator, after a few hours or so lights will shut off, ac will shut off and the ac settings on the lcd control panel reset to 71 degrees. Still have white light at surge Procter and blue light at rv connection point is good. When we go to the master light portion on control panel they are high lighted as if they are on, once I touch one it turns back on. I'm unsure why this is occurring? We are new to this and looking for suggestions.

There were several different types of issues that firmware upgrades sometimes solved. I had a slightly different problem where my A/C controls would get all screwed up and I would have to power cycle the coach so the main control board would reboot to get things working properly again. Eventually they had to replace the main control board and I have not had any issues since.
