Why not just hit the parts counter at your Dealership with the picture?
At least you know that they can get you the right one...

I may be wrong but that doesn't look OEM. I'd just replace the entire fixture with a light sensing/motion sensing LED light. We have a solar one right next to our entry door (the porch light is on the slide two feet out when the slide is deployed). It is on at dark in low light setting but as you approach it shifts to bright setting.

That’s an OEM light commonly referred to as an Acorn light. That’s the same light we had on the Challenger. Quite a few posts about them a few years ago. Search the forum and you should find the thread.

I lost mine in Nov 2018 and I found a supplier for the lights. I bought a replacement lens for $2.50 ea. from Gustafson Lighting, 107 W. Franklin Street Elkhart IN. 46516. Their telephone is (574)522-0871. I don't have their E mail address.
I bought a clear lens but amber was also available at that time. My old invoice doesn't show shipping/handling cost but I think it was about $5.00. Times change so suppose the price has gone up but it's worth a call.

If I remember correctly when I had to buy one the SH was more than the lens.
