What's this grey hose?

This is on my 2013 ACE, and seems to run from somewhere in the rear up past the engine and towards the dash. I had some work done, and it was brushing against the exhaust manifold, so I zip tied it away, but got no clue what it is.

Hose? Or wire conduit? Where does it terminate?

I believe it to be a conduit or something. Not sure where it terminates, or either end.

Goes in just above the motor, and goes up just in front of the rear wheel.

does it have a slit along the length? Looks like an anti chaffing cover for electrical wires. If you can see the wires and color that would help ID.

Definitely a conduit for electrical wiring - probably 120 VAC line to the desk outlet.
