Anyone know what this cable is for?

Found this behind the bedroom TV, and I have no clue what it is for

Looks like an S-Video plug to me, its not needed if you have HDMI hookups

Looks similar to an S-Video plug but S-Video plugs have 4-6 pins.
It was probably an input for some other device that was once hooked to the TV if you bought the RV used.

It's weird, as it doesn't go into the TV, but goes into the wall where the cable is, and I have no idea where the other end comes out. It's definitely not s-video as the pins are bigger, and there isn't enough of them.

A 3-Pin DIN connector usually has one pin for audio out, one pin for audio in and one pin for a screen / display. That's about all I can tell you.

If you curiosity gets the better of you follow the cable to the other end. When I bought my 29M, there were 3 HDMI cables coming out of the splitter and only 2
of the the three TVs had an HDMI plugged in to it. I followed the cables and found the third cable balled up under the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. I was able to fish the cable back to the bedroom TV and finish the job the factory had started. Your mystery cable may be a deleted feature or something Thor never finished installing.

3 pin DIN were typically used for audio. Most common use was to convert from 3 pins to a 1/4” stereo plug. I’m willing to bet they had some old MP3 player or CD player they wanted to hook up to the TV to play music on. The flat part of the connector should have an icon on it that should lead you to a better answer.

Ah, that sounds logical.

It looks like an old model ac/dc power adapter for DVD player or cable tv box.

Is there any sort of part number or code on the housing that could be googled up?

Ah, ok. I suppose my TV was changed out sometime in the past, as what is in there now is a normal 120v TV.
