A/c duct foam

I have a Thor Challenger 37FH, for the last couple of years I have experienced small pieces of white styrofoam coming from several of the A/C diffusers. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. and you will experience it for some time as you use the a/c, driving on our rough bumpy roads will make the loose pieces come free and they will blow out.

Suggest you remove ceiling vent covers
Then while you have a shop vac sucking…scrape away the rough edges on the vent holes.
Also get the vac end inside as far as you can.

There are threads on the Forum abt how-to get more air flow from the vents by smoothing out and blocking off unnecessary air spaces.

You’ll see once the vent covers are removed.
