Carrying lawn chairs
We have a 2015 Vegas 25.1. We have 2 lawn chairs and a chaise lounger. We carry one of the chairs in the passenger side back basement compartment but it is at an angle that doesn’t make for much else in there. Not overly happy carrying them inside the RV. Don’t need to mar up the interior hitting bumps and such with the chairs. Do they sell something that you can attach the chairs to the rear ladder? I thought one could buy a bicycle rack for the receiver hitch and figure a way to attach them. Just looking for ideas. Don’t want to start hanging things all over the RV and look like the Beverly Hillbillies going down the road. I tried a search but it seems I never use the right search words. It seems that the members on here answers for everything. Thanks.

I have seen chair hangers for the ladder.
Why not just get chairs that compact down to a rolled bag?

Why not a cargo carrier that plugs into your hitch?

I use one of these, zip-tied to the ladder. Then the chairs are secured with a ratchet strap. Secure, easy to load/unload, and doesn't look ridiculous. And inexpensive. I also use one in my garage to store chairs up high, freeing up floor space.

We have a couple that fit in the bags but the ones we have are low to the ground and hard to get out of with our weak knees. They are very comfortable. I think the hooks that attach to the ladder is the ticket. I knew I could count on answers quickly from all of you. Sometimes I feel foolish asking questions but I have a lot to learn. Thanks!

Really the only foolish question is the one not asked.

One caution - Mount the rack high enough on the ladder so the chairs don't obstruct the tail lights. Don't ask how I know.

We carry 3 Northwest Territory folding chairs, very lightweight and sturdy
Luckily they fit in the first compartment by the entrance

I have tried all kinds of camp chairs and the very best is a Woods Folding Directors Chair. We store two of them under the sofa and still have room for two TV trays we use instead of the table (more flexibility than the table). The chairs are pricey at $86.00 CAD and are available at Canadian Tire in Canada but very comfortable and you get a table. The SKU number is 076-3214-4.

PS Have a collection of the usual ones that come in carry bags, if I am going to where there is water and sand will throw a couple in if I have room , just to keep the expensive ones from getting damaged, sand and salt water are killers
of the bag chairs

The Northwest are aluminum high strength and so no corrosion, are the ones aluminum as well? I had seen one similar at Menards that folded and had the handle but didn't check it out as we had plenty

Chairs
They are branded Wood`s up here in Canada so not sure about Menards brand.
I know the stores as we have travelled mostly the east side of the Mississippi
so if you look at the ones up here that I posted the sku number and compare.
As I said they are pricey but well worth the money.

We have a 25.2 and carry our chairs and chaise in the shower while driving. Havent missed taking a shower while driving yet, and isnt a big deal carrying them outside while setting up.

We have a Windsport 32n and bought a ladder mounted chair rack. Our taillights are pretty high up on the coach, we had to move the rack down to not obstruct. Cost about $50 online.
