I would bet it has something to do under the bed slide out where the inverter is. Mine is under the bed on my ACE 33.1. I would look there first to see if something is just unplugged. Crazy that we pay for headaches

Look at the surge guard (protector) the generator is wired to this

That's a wild goose chase. That is the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) which allows 120 VAC power from the generator or SP to be routed to the Breaker Panel in the MH. It has nothing to do with starting the generator; and certainly nothing to do with the levelers.

But if they replaced the inverter/charger I would be looking in this section first. I wouldn’t go chase things something you dont know. Now he knows they were under the bed to replace this unit so start where its could be most obvious. But do what you like

Inverter/Charger? We still don't know what was replaced. This MH did not come with an inverter/charger - it came with a converter. If an inverter was replaced then the dealer had their hands in the battery compartment.

Regardless of the work done, the problem now is that the generator won't start and the levelers don't work. Both of these are 12 VDC systems powered off the house batteries through a single cable to a single 100 amp DC breaker. Nothing in the 120 VAC power system has anything to do with the problem at hand.
