Dead radio

The Axxera radio in my 2015 Vegas started cycling on and off for no apparent reason a couple of months ago. Last week it finally shut down completely. All connections appear and fuse in the main fuse panel are good. I suspect the unit has finally bit the dust.

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something here?

Thanks

The Axxerra in our 2015 Challeger was replaced 2 times for intermittent power. Finally got a good one one the third attempt. They were replaced under warranty.

Sorry to hear that it's giving you trouble. If it's not covered under warranty: replace it with something better.
Good luck!

You might try the "RESET" button too.

Thanks, I just got a reply from Axxera and they suggested the same thing. Said it was located below the USB port. I'm assuming it's the one on the head itself. I won't have access to the rig until Wednesday.

They also said that there is a fuse on the rear of the unit itself. I know that there is a tool, two actually, they send with the radio when you purchase it to remove the head from the housing. Does anyone know of a work around since Thor still has the tools that came with mine.

Thanks
Dennis
