Battery issues

I have a Thor ACE 30.1 2014 motorhome. I can’t get my 2-6v deep cycle batteries to operate the system. Both are fully charged and was working prior to changing the starting battery that was dead. System works fine when plugged in. Checked to make sure it wasn’t in the storage mode? I am stumped. Could it be a fuse? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Barry

Changing the chassis battery incorrectly could easily have caused either or both of the DC circuit breakers near the house batteries to trip. The 100 amp one supplies power to start the generator and run the levelers. The 50 amp one connects the house batteries to the USE/STORE latching relay and DC buss.
