Front bunk

So the front bunk over the front driving and passenger area are on an electric motor, this version goes all the way to the ceiling then lowers straight down just past the top of the seats, the problem I have is it goes back up crooked how is this corrected

MOD EDIT: OP has a 2018 Axis 25.2

Try going all the way down and continue to hold the down switch for several seconds when it reaches fully down. Then go all the way to the upper position and continue to hold the up switch for several seconds once it reaches the upper limit.

I believe this will sync the motors to raise and lower evenly.

If you can't do the above, then go to the cabinet just over the driver seat and in there you should have the controller.
Push the buttom 6 times and hold the 7th time until the green and red lights start to flash.
Then put the bed down (or up whichever is closest) until the bed is aligned and RELEASE THE BUTTOM as soon as it is aligned.
Wait for the flashing lights in the controller to go dark and then follow the above procedure to sync the motors.
Don't move the bed is the difference between the sides are more than 4 in.
If that is what is happeneing, put the bed in a more horizontal position before doing the override abobe.

When topics like this are posted, I take tips such as RACarvalho posted and print them to carry when we camp. Sort of a RV hot list.
