Dealers here think they are kissing your butt if they give you $10k off list. $40k off list is a real nice place to start a Motorhome ownership. My friend got a 2020 Thor xg32 4x4 for $140k. List was $218k. That was in August. Supply, demand, and dealer policy can get you a great deal.

Update: Covid delayed pickup a couple months. Picked up April 20 in Elkhart and drove 3200 miles in 13 days back to California. Cold and headwinds the whole way. Drive off cost was $80,000 plus 6% Indiana sales tax plus $215 documentation fees. Drove in mud and snow. AWD performed well. Felt sidewinds but not too bad. Handle and ride was excellent. Usual rattles and screws to deal with. Really needs an inverter to run basic AC devices without having to start generator. Day after arriving home we chopped up the Murphy bed so we can now sleep in bed with slide in or out. Ditched 39 pounds of weight doing so.
