How does the new 2021 Ford Chassis handle on the road?

Probably a lot better: once you add a seat and a windshield...

I came from a 2018 Challenger 37TB to a 2021 Outlaw 38KB and I can say the new engine/chassis is considerable better. Much less body roll, tighter steering, better suspension compliance, much better feel overall. The engine holds it's gear better, doesn't immediately downshift on an incline, quieter.

My 2022 38KB handles much better than our 1999 Coachmen Catalina 32’. We have 3,000 miles so far this trip with no problems with the chassis. Minor issues with the coach not requiring warranty claims.

Just be aware, this is the 2021 F53 chassis, not the E350/450 chassis.

Oh and those who say they have a 2022, that chassis isn't out yet. It's the coach that is a 2022, not the chassis.

Yep, just like our 2021 Four Winds 28A is on a 2020 Chevy Express 4500 cutaway.

New Ford E350 chassis on a 202q Vegas 24.1

Engine has plenty of power and appears to be pretty much in line with fuel usage ( 9 to 13 mpg) with approximately 3100 miles on unit.

Here in Massachusetts there is glitch in getting an inspection sticker. The unit passes safety inspection no problem but WILL NOT pass emissions. Ford has a fix for this and if you go to a Ford Truck Servicenter they are aware of it and can rectify the problem. The dealer had no idea.
My only complaint is in order to add engine oil you must convolute a funnel with a approximate 24 inch hose and location of the oil fill is almost in a location where it can't be seen.

Our 2020 Chateau sits on 2019 Ford E-350 cutaway frame. There is no such thing as a 2020 Ford E-350/E-450 chassis. Ford skipped 2020 and went to a 2021 designation with the V8 replacement of the V10. This confused my insurance agent... the VIN showed 2019, but the coach was 2020. Fun stuff...

That should not confuse your insurance company because that is very common in motorhomes that the chassis be one year behind the house. Our 2022 Thor Quantum is built on a 2021 Ford E450 chassis.

7500 miles on it and every time we go out I tell wife how I like to drive it.

Engine is quiet, have lots of torque, can keep up speed...
As for body roll, honestly I never notice unless it is really expected due to road conditions so I guess it is great.
As mentioned above, oil change will need a funnel with a 3 ft of hose (at Least) and patience for you almost can't see the fill tube...
Engine oil consumption is insignificant.
Overall, very satisfied with the new chassis.

I think it was just initially... because I told her on the phone it was a 2020 motorhome. Plus, I really don't know how familiar she is with motorhome coverage... State Farm, fairly small town.
