Hydraulic leveling jack issues

Hello Everyone,Just curious if I can manually lower my leveling jacks by opening the hydraulic valves and turning the motor with a socket and ratchet?I have no power to my system thanks to the idiots at Camping World in Marion,Il.

Yes, you just described Lippert's manual operation procedure in the manual.

Bigdog,
Any idea why you don’t have power to the pump?

Power to jacks.

I’ve traced everything and I can’t find the problem.Everything worked fine before it went to camping world for a radio change and a inverter replacement. No one will even call me back to try and trouble shoot the problem.

Call Lippert directly and ask for customer service. At least that's what I did with my Big Foot system. Big Foot's customer service is top notch... I would expect the same from Lippert.

Power to the hydraulic pump is supplied directly from the house battery bank through a 100 amp DC breaker in the battery compartment. This breaker also supplies power to the generator for starting.

The +12 VDC side goes to a solenoid mounted on the pump. The solenoid is controlled by the controller/control panel. The +12 VDC goes through the solenoid when activated directly to one contact on the pump motor. The opposite side of the pump motor goes to ground (-12 VDC).

Replacing the inverter requires lifting and replacing cables on the house battery bank. Did they trip the 100 amp breaker? Does the generator start (the answer is NO as evidenced by your other thread)? Did they fail to reconnect cables properly? Maybe left one off?

This was all explained to you in your other thread. What exactly have you traced?
