Scales reported 7560 lbs on rear axle. Gross GVWR is 12360, leaving only 140 lbs for my adult daughter (105 lbs) and clothing for both of us.
Yellow OCCC sticker gave me 1300 lbs cargo. I'll have to stay with 1/2 tank fresh water max and I'll be at max gross GVWR 12500. When I bring my eScooters, I will be over but not exceeding either axle weight. It is what it is.
1300 lbs OCCC doesn't go far at all, especially for a coach rated to sleep 5, LOL. Not to mention all the storage space available in a 24.1.

Agree 1,300 pounds OCCC seems a bit low for a motorhome that size. At least 2,000 pounds would provide greater loading options when traveling with 5 people — don’t all have to be adults. Children often travel with more “stuff”.
Checking other new 24.1 floor plans for sale show listed OCCC in that same range — 1,405 and 1,445 pounds. Yours must have more options, if that’s possible.
Anyway, the 24.1 seems to have gained a few pounds since inception.
P.S. — I can’t recommend overloading any vehicle, but if I had an Axis 24.1 would not hesitate loading rear axle close to 8,500-pound rating. Also, keep in mind that any load added behind rear axle (supported from receiver or in rear compartment) will magnify load on rear axle and unload front axle.
