Seat Repacement

I know there have been several posts on replacement of the stock seats in the Thor coaches but I was hoping to get a little more direct advice.

We own a 2015 Vegas 25.1 and as with most of the units during that time frame the upholstery has begun to deteriorate and they ain't real comfortable anyway. Does anyone have a vendor with a direct replacement for the driver/passenger seat? Hopefully with a history for the product.

We use an after market seat cushion vibrator on the stock seats, which help a little but we travel quite a bit between our home and vacation lot in north Georgia and the last third of that 472 miles is tough.

Bolting to your base is standardized - they all fit.

Another vote in favor of shop4seats. I replaced both captains chairs using the original bases. I also replaced the L-shaped dinette with two matching recliners from the same company. I'm very pleased with their furniture.

They are "De Leon" style in Fawn Ultimate Leather. I did not go with power recliners - I'm happy with the manual ones.

The captains chairs were mounted onto the original (Thor supplied) bases - the driver's seat came equipped with power controls but not the passenger's seat.

I have been looking at Shop4Seats but can't figure out the seatbelt situation by the pictures. It looks like they either come with seatbelt integrated or none at all. My Vegas 25.3 has the male end of the seatbelt attached to the sidewall and female end attached to the seat.
How did you handle this?

The seat end is probably attached to the base. That's the way mine is.

Right; the belt assembly is part of the seat base and I just replaced the seats using the existing bases. No changes to the existing seatbelt arrangement needed.

As stated in the other replies, the belt attachment is attached to the base. However if you are considering Shop4Seats be prepared for a wait. The order interval is approximately 18 weeks. I ordered mine May 24th and the expected ship date is 9/28/21.

I'll post if this changes.

Done anyone have a recommendation for a good chair cover? We ordered one new chair for the drivers seat but need to cover the passenger seat for a while. $$$

Do the arm rests adjust independently from the seat back on these chairs?

Which chairs?

The OEM chairs from Thor have armrests with two positions:
Vertical and horizontal (or close to it).

Now you've done it! Against my better judgement we sold "my" Sienna...and the seats truly were comfortable for traveling! You've made me miss my van all over again!

We ordered this brand on Amazon for our ‘17 Vegas
Very affordable & does the job.
(At the time, they were a single tone tan color, no longer available. Now only two-tone)

We will have both captain chairs re-upholstered next year in durable fabric/cloth ($450 each, already received estimate)

PS - Shop4Seats has a facility in Southern California. Most items are available in-stock for purchase, cash & carry.
Personally, I don’t like the faux-vinyl. I’ve seen unfavorable reviews abt flaking in a short period of time no matter what promises are made.

They are not genetic sets. They ask for ton of pics with measure tape and then they make a set for you.
The upholstery shop wanted 2700 dollars.

The high cost of re-doing the existing seats was why I ordered new ones from shop4seats. For $1800, I got fabric of my choice and a powered footrests for the passenger seat. My only complaint is how long it has taken to get them. I ordered on July 16 and have not received them, although they claim they are in transit.
