How do you get in touch with Entegra when needing service away from home. I needed a new door lock because my Trimark 060-1650 failed. I called the customer service number with no results. They told me to call a Jayco dealer closest. Jayco dealer said no. What number at Thor can I call for help?

Broken Trimark door locks are a known industry wide problem. Call Trimark at 800-447-0343. They are usually quick to help.

There is a rebuild kit on YouTube along with a video on how to do it. Even though my lock wasn't broken I cut the old striker off and installed the stainless steel replacement striker. It is a quality product. The kit is under $50 and the replacement is lock is about $130 depending on the source. <

When my Bauer lock went belly up I contacted Bauer and not Entegra/Jayco. Bauer sent me a new lock overnight express and did not want the old one back. If your storage compartments are keyed to the same lock it might take a day for them to find a matching lock in stock.
