Thor axis 26.5 cab heat vent

Please help! I purchased a 2022 Thor axis 26.5 and the heater vent ( passenger side floor area) was missing when I picked it up. Can somebody send me a picture of theirs so I can see what I'm missing? I'm attaching a photo of what mine looks like. General RV has supposedly corrected the issue ( second photo) but I am far from satisfied with the result. The rectangular hole has no air flow at all. I will send a before and after pic. Basic problem is heat pours out of the tube and makes the passenger too warm while I have zero floor heat on the driver's side...
Any help appreciated.Click image for larger version

I think rectangular hole is a return on mine and I have a screen in it to catch dirt

Thor's idea of floor heat is open tubes. Scuba was correct, the rectangular opening is return air.

Thank you! It just seems so incomplete to me. Now I'll have to investigate why there is no tube on the driver's side...

The tube should be behind the radio..you may need to reach up under near gas pedal and look

If you take off the dashboard panel just above the radio you may get a little bit more ideas of how your heater tubes are routed.

Thank you!! Upon investigation, there is no tube that goes to the driver's feet. There is a hole where I assume a tube should be, but no tube is present. If I had to guess, a Y should be in there. The two tubes in the second pic go to the dash vents on each side of the driver. I'll see if general RV is willing to add a Y. Doesn't seem like much to ask for floor heat on the driver's side...

Here is my drivers side hose location.

Above the accelerator and pointed at the steering column.

I've seen the hose just dangling like that on several Thor gas A models on the passenger side. It is typical. Perhaps it should have been tucked up higher so it wasn't so obvious the hose is just hanging there.

Concider your self lucky! We purchased a new Palazzo 37.5 2022 missing the wiring harness for the heater and a/c! The salesman thought the fuse was blown. The shop discovered the wiring harness was missing! Took a couple of weeks but it works now. It’s been four months now and hopefully they will get the rest of the parts and slide out issues completed!
