Thor Magnitude sewer hose

Hey guys

I just purchased a 2021 Thor magnitude and was wondering if anyone had input on the sewer hose location. The door won’t close with the hose hooked up. It seems strange because if the pipes were pushed back in the compartment, you could fish it through this hole and it would close fine.

Just seeking input from other Magnitude or Omni owners.

That a weird setup, my Tuscany has a screw in cap below the gate valve to run the hose out the bottom not sure if it was factory or the original owner put in, but there cheap and easy to install, I had the same type cap in our boat

Didn’t look close enough at the picture, but my gate valve is on a swivel and I can turn it down to the cap or pull it up like yours is now

Sorry no one answered your question but the sewer outlet rotates down to aim at the hole in the floor. It may be stiff when new but does loosen up some. After you rotate the outlet down, bring the sewer hose up through the hole, connect it, and drain. The part that rotates is the outlet between the 2 gate valves which are fixed.

Yup: it'll swivel downward... Apply firm pressure, and that should get it moving.
And while we're at it: don't let this happen to you!
