Let some tell, that can't be a Thor; it is on the road and RV Owner is getting good use versus whining about their denials of misses from Dealer

I saw a story yesterday where Ford's CEO is looking for ways to either backdoor the long time dealers; or to get them to play ball for customers versus shady money grubbing tactics. Some Ford Dealers were charging $50k over MSRP for F-150 Lighting

Reminds me of a truck camper. We have owned two 5th wheels and one truck camper. Our first RV was a 26 foot travel trailer. After owning all three I would prefer a trailer over the 5th wheel or the truck camper.

Just my 2 cents.

I have had several 5th wheels and TT's

Had an new Excel truck camper in 72 on a new Ford

They all have advantages but to get down the road for serious travel a 5th wheel is many times better for towing

Travel trailer for short trips and stays

Now that nice HD pickup trucks are near 100k and camper prices have skyrocketed as well it will be interesting to see the next trend

clever solution for having a heavy truck camper made for a 8ft bed truck but keeping your 1/2 ton , 5ft bed truck....
The funny thing is that he is probable well within his truck towing capabilities....

It IS a truck camper - on a flat bed trailer

I know, I would make a good battery storage for the ford and chevy electric pickups so they could go 500 miles on a charge, LOL

You don't need a big battery: just tow along a gas-powered generator!

Good Idea, for a slow fast charge level 3 it would require this. If they use a level 2 charger it will charge at 14 miles per hour, that won't work. I figure the front can be used for fuel and the rest gutted for the generator
