Wall paper bubbles

Does anyone know what has caused this? And how to remedy without replacing the wall covering?
2021 Thor Hurricane.
Thanks,

Is it soft, i.e. water damage?

Water leaks. Fix the leaks before fixing the damage.

Do you happen to set a hot coffee cup right under that spot?
Coffee steam will do thar in a very short three minutes.

Our previous Class C that we had for 5 years (2015 Forest River Forseter) had some of those on the rear bedroom. Had it since delivery. Never had any water leak though. So not sure what caused it.

Take it to the dealer for a warranty claim. If they try and tell you it's water damage, make them show you where it's coming in and other evidence it's a leak or water damage. Being a 2021 you probably haven't had it long so this could be something that started before you got it. Making them show you where any leak is will save you a lot of hunting IF it is water damages.

But before going in, is the area under a window? Check any areas above and around the area for bad sealants. In other words, get informed.

It absolutely positively IS water damage and don’t let them tell you otherwise. From experience I can guess that the wall is not soft (yet) and the “pimples” are hard. Right? Find and fix the leak!

My vote ... water damage. You'll likely have to replace the wallboard to get it back to 100% (after solving the water leak). Sucks.

100% that is a window water seal leak, if you do a search in this forum you will find lots of owners with the same issue. Our dealer attempted a fix on our 2018 Vegas in 2019 and "The Leak" returned in 2020. Because we knew the window would have to be pilled and the rotted wood needed replacement. Knowing that the Vegas was out of the warranty period, we decided to take to Thor factory service in Wakarusa, IN for the repairs. They were wonderful, pretty reasonable in cost (about $1000) and totally professional. We had an appointment for a Monday last June and had it back on Wednesday! AWESOME!

Ed coined the term very well: "Wall Warts". Almost always due to window leak and if not fixed sooner than later, it will look like the passenger side under the window in my Vegas shown below. Fixed it with Git Rot and Bondo. Thor charge a lot for 2 yds of peel and stick matching wall paper.

After reading about leaks in that exact area years ago, I caulked the crap out of my windows with black marine 5200 sealant and never looked back. Also sealed the cap and driving lights up on the cap (with beige sealant). Didn't trust those not to leak.

What I learned was that Thor has different people doing different sides of the RV. The passenger front window had a crappy foam gasket, while the drivers side hade silicone. I removed it all and went 5200 and it looks factory. It's messy, but Im a perfectionist, so I didnt mind spending hours making it look perfect.

But, knowing none of my windows will ever leak, eases my mind... Also check your roof for crappy sealant coverage.

Wallpaper bubbles driver side

I have a 2019 Windsport and this seems to be problem with most Windsports. I bought a water meter from Amazon and the wall is wet under the wallpaper. The dealer removed the driver window and resealed window for about $350. The pictures the dealer took showed no damage because there is a metal frame around the window and you cant see the wood wall. Not sure if the leak is from the window, it still shows wet on the meter after the repair.

Did it look like that when you bought it or has it recently shown up? Could it possibly be from clogged weep holes?
