You didn't say where the CG is. If it will freeze there, winterize it and leave plugged in for battery charging, etc.

Tie a snow-shovel to the grille, and point it South...
When somebody asks you what the funny-looking shovel is for: THAT's where you stop!

The motorhome will be in Blairsville GA

Average temperature is low 27 high 47. I live about an hour away and want to go stay a couple days at a time. What would everyone suggest?

I'm going to suggest you ask the park you'll be staying at exactly what they have experienced. They'll know best by far.
One call, that's all.

I have had a cabin or camper at the lakes for many years that we used on weekends throughout winter

I always had backup heat via a lp/ng source that didn't require electricity and had a manual thermostat. These type are still available and could be used in a motor home.

In our current lake house we use thermo cubes to bring on back up radiator style electric heaters in the event the gas system goes down or fails to ignite should a power failure or mechanical failure occur.

Water is always turned off at a low point that won't freeze. A couple of fauctes are left open one higher and one lower

Water heater is off of course as part of the shut-down list.

Later on wifi allowed cranking the heat up instead of having to wait for it when we arrived. Starting out in the 20's it takes awhile to heat a camper or MH.

I always look at the worst case scenario and also what do I want to spend to maintain and how much will I tolerate

Lots of decisions and sounds like your use is similar to mine. Our lake house is 2 hours away and the same location where the Tuscany is stored in the shop. So we do the shut down and open up house deal every week or two.
