Winter Storage - what to leave in RV
Newbie here. Getting ready to winterize and place my Windsport in storage for a few months (north central Maryland). Curious as to what kind of things you leave in RV in the cold? Both inside and outside ...like kitchen plates and drinkware, sewer hoses, power cables, etc. Thanks.

All of the above- anything that won't freeze and obviously no perishable food. We also bring bedding home for a washing.

Nothing edible or subject to freezing.

We only take out clothing, food and any liquids that may freeze.
Take bedding, towels, washcloths, etc. home, wash them, and store them all in space bags in the RV (then we don't have to store them at home and they don't pick up any musty "winter RV" smells).

Why? I have a comprehensive tool bag which I transition from home, to car and to RV, but other than that????

None of that kind of stuff we keep in the RV is that expensive to begin with. All the outside stuff is in compartments with the dreaded 731 key (or whatever # it is).
If someone wants to steal it..go ahead we'll replace it with something better (even the tools in the RV are relatively inexpensive).
And really if they are that interested in the poop hose they can have it!

I didn't like buying all that stuff the first time: another trip to CW would seem cruel and unusual...

While CW has lots of useful stuff: you have to keep pretty busy at separating the wheat from the chaff...

Food and clothing; anything that would attract mice to set up a winter nest. Tech stuff - GPS, tire monitor. Also any liquids that could freeze - stuff from the bathroom, buckets of sprays and oils for MH maintenance...
I keep the the clothing in a tote at home specifically set aside as "camp clothing." When we get ready for another season, all I have to do is take the tote back to the MH and put the clothes in the drawers. I may add some additional seasonal clothes if we take a late fall trip, but raincoat, sweatshirt and the like are already part of the camp clothes tote.
Any food left over from the season goes in our home pantry to be used over winter. We start the new season with a fresh restocking of the MH pantry.
Bed & bath linens stay stored in the MH (after a fresh washing of course). They are in high cabinets over the bed, so not likely to be visited by mice. Keep a couple of drier sheets in there as repellent just in case.
Other items that we would not use over winter - camp chairs, folding tables, grill, hoses, tools, etc stays in the MH. I'm not concerned about security as we store MH in a secure location on our own secluded property.

Leave everything that freezing won’t hurt. It freezes for extended time where I live.
I park it next to house and we head out a few times during winter. Death Valley after Thanksgiving and AZ for extended time after New Years.
I have winterizing down. Twice already this year.

we leave everything we use during the camping season except food, beverage, etc.
Bedding is washed and then brought back to the RV so it is ready for the next season.

We leave the Tuscany as ready to travel as possible
Everything that wouldn't be damaged by freezing is in place,
ready to travel
Couple small bags of personal items and travel ready
Longer trip would require food and water at some point
