I live 15 minutes away from Disneyland we has the passport and would go twice a month but I agree dworld is much better. February will be our second time there. 5 days in the parks and 1 day to recuperate before flying home

(Been to WDW too many time to count, and don't regret a single trip!)
Disney is just one of those trips you have to take and be okay with the cost. We did Disneyland for my daughters 5th bday and few years ago. This October we are doing WDW for my sons 5th bday. Seeing the looks on my kids faces is well worth the cost.

Only in America will you find people stupid enough to pay $100 for a sandwich.

Yup!
We're already looking to make 2022 reservations at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds.

Nice, they are celebrating WDW 50th anniversary throughout next year.

We're figuring out the trip plans right now.

What's a night run these days in Fort Wilderness? $200 during the height of the season?

Our total package for 7 days at the parks, and 11 nights in the campground in a preferred site was 4K. The tickets are for 4 of us.

Did that include dining or food cost?

That's a good question... But he did say "total package".

Last trip we took total package was campground and park tickets. They wanted another 3 grand for dining.

It depends on which Dining Package you pick...
But even the "Super-Duty; Soup to Nuts" ones don't quite cover everything...
If you are in the Campgrounds: it's pretty easy to forego some of the Diseny food, and simply grille up something...
(Saves a TON of cash... )

No it didn’t just the site and tickets. The site was 130 I think a night and it was 90 bucks per person on the tickets. There was something with a dining package if I remember correctly. But it really wasn’t worth it I don’t think. In the campground we can make our own food and save some money that way.
