parks have been closed for what 6 weeks or more...did no one there maybe clean up? or did everything just go to the bears, seems odd that trash is the issue. yes many are slobs, but the parks have been closed????

It doesn't but parents in delusion rear their young the same way. Having convinced them selves the world revolves around them, when they're gone, it has to revolve around their offspring. They wouldn't have it any other way.

My 93 year old father didn't get one. Between his military retirement and dividends from his investments his AGI was $103K. Too much income for a single guy.

No, you could make too much to qualify. My parents used S.O.L. on me a lot: "Well, then I guess you're SOL". No doubt ,in my mind, what it stands for
