Ft. Meade, MD RV Park

Just made reservations at the Ft. Meade RV park to de-winterize, sanatize the fresh water holding tank, and get the Coach ready for some upcoming trips. The storage lot where we keep the Coach has no hookups, and bringing it to the house is not an option.

In past years with our Travel Trailers, and the Coach last year, we always stayed at the Local KOA to de-winterize. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we are able to stay two nights for less than we were paying for one night at KOA. $66.00 for two nights with 50amp service and full hookups.

Military RV FAMCAMPS are great! All over the US. So are some of the resort camps they have away from bases.

Great rates at military FAMCAMPS as well. Full hookup and beach side sites at Patrick AFB FL (cape Canaveral) -- $19 a night.
