Can't give you camping advice but eating....Fairfield Inn in Fairfield of course and Hickory Bridge Farms for great food. We visited both often and do on return visits.

We stayed at Artillery ridge campground and will be going back this year. We will be there for the annual event held by the rangers for Jul 1-3. . They teach more about each day of the battle as it occurred, so on July 1 the discussions and teaching are about the union Calvary holding off the confederates, day 2 and little round top etc.
That’s why we are going back this year already have reissues at artillery ridge.
