I use Harvest Hosts. I have not used them in the states you mention. But I can tell you this:
Arizona - 44 hosts (11 wineries, 13 attractions, 3 breweries, 4 farms, 13 golf courses.
Utah - 17 hosts (0 wineries, 3 attractions, 1 brewery, 9 farms, 4 golf courses.
Colorado - 58 hosts (12 wineries, 14 attractions, 11 breweries, 14 farms, 7 golf courses.
I think that's a specific as I can be.

We have used Harvest Hosts several times up and down the East coast. We’ve been VERY pleased every time. The hosts have been great and we’ve met some very nice people along the way. Well worth the gamble.

Great we are thinking east coast I would say montana to Washington d.c. up to Maine

There was something harvest host related just z2bout anytime we wanted within three hours of each other.

Sounds like a great trip. We hit a couple in New York and Massachusetts. They were a lot of fun! Home Range was a great visit but, bring your own food. They only have snacks/appetizers. The grounds are awesome!
