My wife and I are traveling around at various RV parks this winter sort of looking for a park that we'd like to stay at for an extended time in the future. We sort of like those away from the city and more on the quiet side. I'm not sure if they make such a place that doesn't have the RV's stacked like cordwood, but a guy can dream.

We'd love wi-fi, a pool, and nearby hiking. We don't really want all of the planned activities and such. I'd love some good conversation on the matter. Maybe a site you appreciated or hated but sounds like it might be my thing.

Just trying to get some advice from the experts. We don't mind paying and are not looking to rough it.

Thanks. You are all awesome. Thinking that we'd be next January, February, or march.

Brian

We are second year snowbirds sitting in Yuma. The Westwind where we are is pricey, but we are looking at other options as well. We don't need a golf course on site, but a pool to cool off in is welcome. Google maps gives a good birds-eye view of whatever area you look at. Just as an example, I searched near Ajo, AZ. The coyote howls park popped up. It has both primitive and not-quite-as-primitive camping. Good luck and happy camping.

Thanks very much. It is near Organ Pipe Cactus National Forest. I like it. Thanks a ton. Now I just need a place like that with a pool. Wishful thinking.
