Know of people on coast with damage/severe flooding. Due to go to event in North Florida late next week. Little to no info how they fared, hope they ok. Western NC and surrounding area hit hard. Limited info so far.
Where? My area.

I have two sisters and a brother who live about 30 miles south of Asheville. I was born and raised in Western North Carolina and lived not far from Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. We have watched the news and saw considerable videos of the destruction and my two sisters and brother tell me it is horrible but when I read this young ladies post on Facebook this morning it gave me a vision of the devastation far beyond what those news videos did.
