I just received letter from Ocean Canyon Properties for a FREE week at one of their resorts. Only catch is DW and I have to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation.

Has anyone stayed at this location? Is it worth the trip? I am guessing it is a time share type offer. DW and I have been through several of them regarding hotel rooms.

We were members for a while. Been at that one Tres Rio Texarkana Roberts Alabama Abita Springs Louisiana, The best ones we area was Texas and Louisiana. They promised us space even on a holiday week end did not happen. We joined for 5 years and let it expire took two tanks a fuel to get there and the maintance fee every year paid for a month of camping at our state parks. They tried to have us up grade but If I remember the up front fee for the 5 year plans was 3000.00. If I remember the one you are invited to had the better facilities. It more than likely would have paid for its self if we were fully retired and could go from one camp ground to another. Would we do it once more no
