Looking for Fun!

Hi All

I will be in the Indianna area for about four weeks. Im looking for suggestions as to must visit places in the surrounding area. Im from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I have my wife and I and my fourteen year old son. We like to stay in State Parks nears lakes.
After this visit we will head back to Canada through Niagra Falls area.
Thanks in advance.
Jim

What part of Indiana? I spent the first 55 years of my life in Indiana. May be able to help if I know the area you will be visiting.

You can use: RV Park Reviews to find campgrounds in the area(s) you're travelling to.

How are you getting to Niagara Falls? Are you going through OH, PA, and NY or will you just pop up in MI and go through Ontario?

If you stay in the US Cedar Point may be a good stop for your teenager (and those young at heart).

The rest area's along the OH turnpike are a good place to overnight if needed--most of them have camper areas with electricity (although I think its $30 or something to stay overnight).

You could also make a stop at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame near Cleveland on your way by.

(Granted none of my suggestions are state parks, or "outdoors camping" but are decent places to visit anyway--if you're interested.)

I may have more but I have a meeting to get to LOL

Ok, a little bit more: The KOA in Nagara Falls is better than the KOA in NY on the US side

You didn't say what model your new coach is, check the Thor website for factory tours. The Vegas/Axis tours are Wednesday afternoons only. There is also a RV museum in Elkhart.

Like Jamie said, take that boy to Cedar Point! Not all that far. Not far to Chicago, either. So much to do there!
