Any concerns with traveling gravel roads?

Hello, I am wondering if I should avoid gravel roads?
I know most rentals agreements instruct drivers to stay on paved roads and I would not want to cause any significant damage to my 2017 Gemini.
One campsite I'm considering is 35 miles off the highway on a well maintained gravel road. Could I hope for minimal damage if there is not a vehicle in front pitching up rocks and I'm traveling at a sensible speed? Nancy

Would you drive your car down the same road? If the answer is yes, then go.

I travel back roads often ... Take it slow and listen to what your rig is telling you. It will make noises so learn the sounds telling you to slow down. Some washboards and pot holed sections are best with a very slow crawl (relax let others go by and don't hurry). With some experience you'll know right where each wheel is to help pick the smoothest lines possible.

For those pesky dips and rough spots, a few packs of lynx levelers can get you through without carnage. If you have a slide and don't normally use the brace bar(s) ... dirt roads are a good time to use them!

Thanks for the comments! I drive a 4x4 Tacoma (in the past with a truck camper on it) so I have never worried about the gravel roads. My new RV is on a Ford Transit therefore "truck like" and I see pretty good mud flaps under there to protect the underside. I was a bit worried about the lower RV clearance and its various tanks plus whatever else is underneath... so good to know that as long as I'm a bit careful all should go well;-) Nancy
